1/2 cups peanuts, toasted
1 1/2 cups vanilla cookies
1 butter, melted
2 cream cheese, softened
1 cup cow's milk
1/2 cups peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cups sugar
3 unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
2 cups whipping cream, fried
1/2 cups cajeta
1/2 cups toasted peanuts, for decoration

In a food processor, process the cookies with the peanuts until you obtain a fine powder.
Mix with the butter and pour into a 20 cm cake pan. Compact with a spoon and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Blend the cheese with the milk, peanut butter, vanilla, sugar, and gelatin.
Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the peanut mixture into the whipped cream.
Pour the previous mixture into the mold and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
Unmold and decorate with cajeta and peanuts.
