Ingredients: 1/2 cups peanuts, toasted; 1 1/2 cups vanilla cookies; 1 butter, melted; 2 cream cheese, softened; 1 cup cow's milk; 1/2 cups peanut butter; 1 teaspoon vanilla essence; 1/2 cups sugar; 3 unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated; 2 cups whipping cream, fried; 1/2 cups cajeta; 1/2 cups toasted peanuts, for decoration

In a food processor, process the cookies with the peanuts until you obtain a fine powder. Mix with the butter and pour into a 20 cm cake pan. Compact with a spoon and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
