Nut Carlota with Dulce de Leche

If you like carlota, you have to try this different and delicious version. In this carlota recipe, different cookie flavors are applied, and a sweet and smooth touch is added thanks to the Chantilly® Top Cream vanilla 460 grams. You will love this carlota!

  • 1 tub Chantilly® vanilla top cream
  • 3/4 cups dulce de leche
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

  • 2 cups pecans, chopped and toasted

  • Whip the Chantilly® Top Cream vanilla 460 g with a mixer or whisk until it doubles in size, add ground cinnamon and dulce de leche, and gently fold or mix slowly if using a mixer; refrigerate until use.
  • Place a base of chocolate cookies, add the Chantilly® Top Cream vanilla 460 g you prepared using a piping bag, spread and shape the cream using a spatula; sprinkle the nuts and repeat the operation until forming the carlota.
  • Finish with a layer of cream and nuts, freeze for 30 minutes, and serve.
