Add all the ingredients to a bowl over high heat, minus the vanilla extract.
Cook for 1 minute without stopping moving. Remove from heat over time and let cool. You can put the pan in a container with ice water to accelerate the cooling process.
Add the vanilla and beat until everything has been mixed very well, for about 10 minutes until the frosting has lifted a little and the color is bright.
Let cool and decorate your favorite cakes.
