Nut Glaze for Desserts

This walnut glaze can be used to prepare a delicious cover for your favorite cupcakes or cakes.

  • 85 grams bittersweet chocolate, in pieces
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cups cow's milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl over high heat, minus the vanilla extract.
  • Cook for 1 minute without stopping moving. Remove from heat over time and let cool. You can put the pan in a container with ice water to accelerate the cooling process.
  • Add the vanilla and beat until everything has been mixed very well, for about 10 minutes until the frosting has lifted a little and the color is bright.
  • Let cool and decorate your favorite cakes.
