This delicious no-bake Nutella Cheesecake is the easiest and quickest dessert to prepare. It has a chocolate cookie crust with a Nutella cream cheese filling and a chocolate topping. The consistency is smooth and creamy, perfect for this dessert.
2 tablespoons nutella, or hazelnut spread, for the crust
3 cream cheese, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups nutella, or hazelnut spread
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate, for the topping
1/2 cups milk chocolate, for the topping
1/4 cups whipping cream, for the topping
1/4 cups butter, for the topping

In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookies with the melted butter and Nutella. Form the crust of the cheesecake in a cake pan and flatten until completely even. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Set aside.
In a bowl, cream the cream cheese with the Nutella, pour the melted gelatin in a thin stream, mix and cover the cookie base. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Heat a small pot with water and place a bowl on top, add the topping ingredients and mix until fully combined. Cool slightly and pour the topping over the cheesecake. Refrigerate for 30 more minutes, decorate with strawberries. Slice and enjoy.
