Ingredients: 2 cups chocolate cookies, for the crust; 1/2 cups butter, melted, for the crust; 2 tablespoons nutella, or hazelnut spread, for the crust; 3 cream cheese, at room temperature; 1 1/2 cups nutella, or hazelnut spread; 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted; 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate, for the topping; 1/2 cups milk chocolate, for the topping; 1/4 cups whipping cream, for the topping; 1/4 cups butter, for the topping

In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookies with the melted butter and Nutella. Form the crust of the cheesecake in a cake pan and flatten until completely even. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Set aside. In a bowl, cream the cream cheese with the Nutella, pour the melted gelatin in a thin stream, mix and cover the cookie base. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
