Banana, Pecan, and Nutella Crêpes

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 2 bananas, cut into round slices
  • 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cups hazelnut chocolate cream, or Nutella
  • 1 cup raspberries

  • In a blender, combine flour, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, and butter and blend until smooth.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat butter and grease skillet.
  • Pour a bit of batter into the skillet and spread evenly. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
  • On a chopping board, arrange crêpes and spread hazelnut chocolate cream over. Stuff crêpes with banana slices and chopped pecans.
  • Fold banana, pecan, and nutella crêpes and garnish with raspberries.
