Nutella Crepes with Banana and Walnut

Delicious crepes filled with banana, walnut, and hazelnut cream. It is an ideal recipe to surprise your guests and family.

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 2 bananas, in slices
  • 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cups hazelnut chocolate cream, or Nutella
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • peppermint, to taste

  • Blend the flour with the sugar, salt, eggs, milk, and melted butter until combined.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat and grease with a little butter.
  • Pour a little of the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly, let it cook for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Spread the crepe and spread with Nutella, fill with banana slices and chopped walnuts.
  • Fold the crepe and decorate with raspberries.
