1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoons salt
4 eggs
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups cow's milk
2 bananas, in slices
1/2 cups pecans, chopped
1/2 cups hazelnut chocolate cream, or Nutella
1 cup raspberries
peppermint, to taste

Blend the flour with the sugar, salt, eggs, milk, and melted butter until combined.
Heat a pan over medium heat and grease with a little butter.
Pour a little of the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly, let it cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Spread the crepe and spread with Nutella, fill with banana slices and chopped walnuts.
Fold the crepe and decorate with raspberries.
