Nutella Pastries

The best part of the day starts with breakfast, which is why you can't miss these pastries, filled with cinnamon and walnut, accompanied by Nutella®. They are completely irresistible!

  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • flour, for spreading
  • 1 egg, for brushing
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella®, 15 g
  • milk, for accompanying

  • On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry until you have a rectangle with a thickness of 3 mm, brush with egg, and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts.
  • Roll up to the middle of the rectangle, then roll from the opposite side to have 2 rolls in the center, as shown in the video. Freeze for 15 minutes and set aside.
  • On a cutting board, cut the pastries into 2 cm thick pieces, place on a baking tray, freeze for 10 minutes, and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • Spread a tablespoon of Nutella® on one of the pastries and top with another to form a sandwich. Set aside.
  • Serve and accompany with a glass of milk.
