In a bowl, mix the chocolate hazelnut spread with the cream cheese.
Soften the wonton wrappers with a little water and place them on a flat surface. Spread the mixture in the center, add the sliced banana, and brush the edges with egg yolk. Roll them up, and before sealing, fold the ends inward to form a kind of envelope. Brush with a little more egg yolk.
