Preparation
Mix the chocolate and hazelnut cream with the cream cheese in a bowl.
Soften the wonton slices with a little water and place them on a flat surface. Spread the mixture in the center, add the sliced banana and varnish the edges with the egg yolk. Form rolls and before closing them, bend the tips inwards forming a kind of envelope. Varnish with a little more egg yolk.
Heat the oil in a deep pan or saucepan, when it is very hot, cook the spring rolls until lightly browned. Pass through absorbent paper before serving.
Serve with the fruits, the ice cream and sprinkle a little sugar on top.
