Oatmeal and Banana Muffins

  • 1 yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 60 milliliters sunflower oil
  • 125 grams brown sugar
  • 1 cup oats, crushed
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 gram salt

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
  • Prepare the pieces of paper inside a tray for cupcakes.
  • Sift the flour, together with the baking soda and salt. Reserve.
  • Put the bananas, the egg, the yogurt, the oil and the oat flakes in the blender glass. Beat until everything is integrated.
  • Mix the flour, the yeast, the baking soda and the salt. Beat lightly.
  • Add the dry mix to the blender .
  • Fill the molds to 3/4 of their capacity and bake for 25 minutes.
