125 grams brown sugar
1 cup oats, mashed
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 gram salt

Preheat the oven to 180°C
Prepare the liners in a cupcake tray.
Sift the flour, along with the baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Put the bananas, egg, yogurt, oil, and oatmeal flakes in the blender. Blend until everything is well combined.
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Lightly whisk.
Add the dry mixture to the blender.
Fill the molds to 3/4 of their capacity and bake for 25 minutes.
