Oatmeal and Banana Muffins

Starchy foods. They provide us with energy, but it's always better to choose something healthy.

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 60 milliliters sunflower oil
  • 125 grams brown sugar
  • 1 cup oats, mashed
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 gram salt

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Prepare the liners in a cupcake tray.
  • Sift the flour, along with the baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  • Put the bananas, egg, yogurt, oil, and oatmeal flakes in the blender. Blend until everything is well combined.
  • Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Lightly whisk.
  • Add the dry mixture to the blender.
  • Fill the molds to 3/4 of their capacity and bake for 25 minutes.
