Oatmeal and Cinnamon Cookies

  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC
  • In a bowl beat the butter with a blender until it takes a creamy consistency (the butter should be at room temperature).
  • Then when this creamy butter, add the sugar and the pinch of salt, beat a little.
  • Add the egg and beat a little, then add the cinnamon, milk, and flour together with the baking powder, mix until the ingredients are well united.
  • Finally add the oats and mix with a palette so that the flakes are not crushed. In a baking sheet with waxed paper, with the help of a spoon place small portions of the mixture in the form of balls. Distanced from one another because they are going to expand. Remove from the oven when they are golden brown.
