Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper. Grease with vegetable spray.
In an electric mixer, cream the room temperature butter and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs and mix. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
Using a large spoon, drop portions of the dough onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes and remove from the oven. Place on a rack and allow to cool.
