Oatmeal Cookies with Chocolate and Blueberries

Delicious soft oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips and blueberries.

  • 1 cup butter, (2 bars)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cups semi-dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cups cranberries

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper. Grease with vegetable spray.
  • In an electric mixer, cream the room temperature butter and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs and mix. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
  • Using a large spoon, drop portions of the dough onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12 minutes and remove from the oven. Place on a rack and allow to cool.
