Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 cubic centigrade and prepare a tray with a sheet of waxed paper. Grease with vegetable spray.
In an electric mixer , beat the butter at room temperature and the sugar until well blended. Add the eggs and beat. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
With a large spoon place portions of the dough on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes and remove from the oven. Place on a rack and allow them to cool.
