Oatmeal Cupcake with Apple

A simple and delicious way to prepare tasty oatmeal cupcakes in a mug, perfect for an occasional craving. You only need a mug and a fork to mix, enjoy it with whipped cream and chocolate chips.

  • 1/4 tablespoons REXAL® baking powder, 4 g
  • cooking spray
  • 1/2 apples, without core, seeds, or skin, 40 g
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tablespoons butter, 7 ml, melted
  • 3 tablespoons oats, 45 g, ground
  • 1 tablespoon oats, rolled oats, 15 g
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, 15 g
  • 1 teaspoon D´Gari® vanilla essence, 7 g
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, powder, 3 g
  • 1/2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped, 7 g
  • whipped cream, for decoration
  • chocolate chips, for decoration

  • Spray the mug with cooking spray. Grate the apple into the mug and add the egg along with the melted butter, mix using a fork. Add the ground oats, rolled oats, REXAL® baking powder, sugar, D’Gari® liquid vanilla, cinnamon powder, and chopped nuts; mix until you have a homogeneous consistency.
  • Place in the microwave and cook for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Let it rest for 20 seconds inside the microwave before opening.
  • Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
