2 egg whites

In a posillo gather all the ingredients, except the jam.
Pass the mixture through the juicer or a processor so that it is homogeneous
Heat a little oil of your preference in a pan and empty half of the mixture and wait for the sides to brown and turn the pancake.
Repeat the previous step with the rest of the mixture.
Place the pancakes on a plate and put marmalade to taste and fruits of choice, serve cold or immediately and enjoy!
