Olive Oil and Cream Cheese Ice Cream

Delicious and smooth olive oil and cream cheese ice cream, serve it with cookies and chocolate ganache.

  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 3/4 cups whipping cream
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cups water

  • Mix the sugar and water to make a light syrup (approx. 5 min)
  • Let it cool and mix with cream cheese, cream, and Mazola Olive and Soy Oil.
  • Beat with a mixer or whisk. Reserve in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  • If you have an ice cream maker, follow the manufacturer's instructions. Otherwise, freeze and every 15 minutes take it out and beat to make it creamy. Repeat a couple of times.
