Mix the sugar and water to make a light syrup (approx. 5 min)
Let it cool and mix with cream cheese, cream, and Mazola Olive and Soy Oil.
Beat with a mixer or whisk. Reserve in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
If you have an ice cream maker, follow the manufacturer's instructions. Otherwise, freeze and every 15 minutes take it out and beat to make it creamy. Repeat a couple of times.
