The idea we bring you today is to make some orange cupcakes with a very simple recipe that you will surely succeed with. These cupcakes are quite classic but have an incredible citrus touch.
90 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature, for frosting
2 cups icing sugar, for frosting
1/4 cups orange juice, for frosting
orange zest, for frosting

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs one by one while continuing to beat. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and the milk. As well as the juice of the two oranges and the zest of one.
Pour the mixture into cupcake molds.
Bake for approximately 22 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the frosting.
Beat the butter with the sugar, add the cream cheese, and finally the juice and zest of one orange.
