200 grams semisweet chocolate
50 grams butter
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon orange zest
2 tablespoons orange liqueur, Grand Marnier
70 milliliters clotted cream
4 tablespoons cocoa powder

In a small pot over low heat, mix the butter and cream and cook until it thickens to the boiling point.
Remove the butter from the heat and add the chocolate. With a wooden spoon, mix until the chocolate is melted.
Add the egg yolk, orange zest, and Grand Marnier.
Let the mixture cool and thicken. (Approximately 15 minutes).
With your hands, make about 40 small balls. Roll each ball in cocoa powder and place them on wax paper.
