Preparation
In a small saucepan over low heat, mix butter and cream and cook until it is about to boil.
Remove the butter from the heat and add the chocolate. With a wooden spoon, mix until the chocolate is dissolved.
Add egg yolk, orange peel rind and Grand Marnier.
Let the mixture wrap and thicken. (Approximately 15 minutes).
With your hands make approximately 40 balls. Pass each pellet through the cocoa powder and put them on waxed paper.
