  • 1 cup butter, 175g
  • 110 grams bittersweet chocolate, chopped, divided
  • 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/3 cups chocolate chips
  • 9 OREO cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Melt the butter and half of the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
  • Immediately add the sugar and mix until dissolved with a whisk. Incorporate the eggs one by one and the vanilla.
  • Add the flour, cocoa, salt, the remaining chopped chocolate, and chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured brownie pan, smooth with a spatula, and place the Oreo cookies on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove and cool.
  • Unmold, cut into squares, and serve.
