Preheat the oven to 180°C Melt the butter and half of the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Immediately add the sugar and mix until dissolved with a whisk. Incorporate the eggs one by one and the vanilla. Add the flour, cocoa, salt, the remaining chopped chocolate, and chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a previously greased and floured brownie pan, smooth with a spatula, and place the Oreo cookies on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove and cool. Unmold, cut into squares, and serve.
