Oreo Cookie Muffins with Cream Cheese and Chocolate Ganache

Delicious orange cupcakes with an Oreo cookie in the middle and chocolate ganache with cream cheese.

  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 27 OREO cookies
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 8 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 400 grams Alpura® Frutal peach, (betty crocker frosting)
  • 2 cups cow's milk

  • Mix all the dry ingredients, the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and zest in a large bowl.
  • Gradually add the remaining ingredients, the milk, eggs, vanilla, softened butter, and mix until lumps disappear.
  • Empty the entire mixture into a piping bag or a plastic bag and make a hole.
  • Pour the mixture into your pre-greased muffin pan with the liners until one-third full and add a cookie, then place in the oven.
  • The oven should be preheated to 200, but when you put your muffins in, lower it to 180; take your muffins out after 8 minutes and add more mixture until half full, trying to cover the cookie.
  • Leave the muffins in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until they are done (test with a toothpick by inserting it until it comes out clean), take them out of the oven and let them cool for 30 minutes.
