Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, grated in a large bowl.
Add the other ingredients little by little, milk, eggs, vanilla, tempered butter and mix until lumps disappear.
Empty the whole mixture in a pastry bag or in a bag and make a hole.
Pour the mixture into your previously greased muffin pan and ready with the pots until the third part and add a cookie and put it in the oven.
The oven should pre-heat to 200, but when you put your muffins down to 180, remove your muffins after 8 minutes and add more mixture halfway trying to cover the cookie.
Leave your muffins in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until they are done, (try with a toothpick if the muffin is already there, inserting it until it comes out clean) take them out of the oven and let cool for 30 minutes.
