Oreo Cookie Muffins with Cream Cheese and Chocolate Ganache

Delicious orange cupcakes with oreo biscuit in the middle and chocolate ganache with cream cheese.

  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • 27 Oreo cookies
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 8 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 400 grams Peach fruit, (betty crocker betun)
  • 2 cups milk


Mix all dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, grated in a large bowl.
Add the other ingredients little by little, milk, eggs, vanilla, tempered butter and mix until lumps disappear.
Empty the whole mixture in a pastry bag or in a bag and make a hole.
Pour the mixture into your previously greased muffin pan and ready with the pots until the third part and add a cookie and put it in the oven.
The oven should pre-heat to 200, but when you put your muffins down to 180, remove your muffins after 8 minutes and add more mixture halfway trying to cover the cookie.
Leave your muffins in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until they are done, (try with a toothpick if the muffin is already there, inserting it until it comes out clean) take them out of the oven and let cool for 30 minutes.


Mix the chocolate ganache with the tempered cream cheese and decorate it to your liking.


The baking temperature depends on the oven, please take care of the muffins, the cream cheese makes the ganache change flavor completely giving it a silky texture.
