Oreo Crepe Cake

  • 3 cups cow's milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 3 packages OREO cookies, 170 grams each, without filling
  • 1 cup stuffed, of oreo cookie, to fill the cake
  • 5 cups cream cheese, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups cookies, crushed, for the filling
  • 2 cream cheese, for the frosting
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream, for the frosting
  • 1 cup icing sugar, for the frosting
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the frosting
  • 1 cup OREO cookies, crumbled, for decoration

  • For the crepe mixture, blend the milk with the flour, butter, ground cinnamon, egg, vanilla extract, and oreos without filling until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour in some of the mixture, spreading it to form the crepe and cooking on both sides until done. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
  • For the filling, in a bowl, beat the cream from the cookies with the cream cheese and the crushed cookies until combined and spreadable. Set aside.
  • For the frosting, beat the cream cheese with the whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy and consistent. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  • On a board, using a ring, place one crepe and spread a bit of the filling. Cover with another crepe and repeat until the ring is full. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the cake from the refrigerator and cover with frosting. Sprinkle the crushed cookies on top, decorate with rosettes of frosting, and arrange cookies in the center. Serve.
