  • 2 cups chocolate syrup, for chocolate gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence, for chocolate gelatin
  • 1/2 cups dark chocolate, powdered, for chocolate gelatin
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 7g each, hydrated for chocolate gelatin
  • 4 cups cow's milk, hot, for the Oreo gelatin
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 7g each, hydrated for Oreo gelatin
  • 4 cups OREO cookies, chopped for Oreo gelatin

  • For the chocolate gelatin, in a bowl mix the hot evaporated milk with chocolate syrup, vanilla, and dark chocolate until all ingredients are combined. Add the hydrated gelatin.
  • Pour the mixture into a gelatin mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
  • For the Oreo gelatin, in a bowl mix the hot milk with sugar, vanilla extract, and gelatin until the ingredients are combined. Slightly cool.
  • Remove the mold from the refrigerator and arrange the chopped Oreo cookies, fill with the milk gelatin mixture and refrigerate until set. Unmold and serve.
