For the chocolate gelatin, in a bowl mix the hot evaporated milk with chocolate syrup, vanilla, and dark chocolate until all ingredients are combined. Add the hydrated gelatin. Pour the mixture into a gelatin mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set. For the Oreo gelatin, in a bowl mix the hot milk with sugar, vanilla extract, and gelatin until the ingredients are combined. Slightly cool. Remove the mold from the refrigerator and arrange the chopped Oreo cookies, fill with the milk gelatin mixture and refrigerate until set. Unmold and serve.
