Cut 6 cookies into large pieces and set them aside.
Put 10 cookies in a food processor until finely crushed. Add the crumbs and butter in a bowl and stir until homogeneous. Transfer the mixture to the mold. Press down very well. On top, add 8 cookies in a circle shape.
Add the soft ice cream with a spatula and cover the entire surface. Continue adding ice cream until the mold is full. Add the 6 cookies you cut at the beginning on top. Cover with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
To unmold, use warm water and a sponge to go around the mold.
