This ice cream cake can be as varied as you want, you can make it with chocolate ice cream, mint, vanilla or strawberry.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 boats vanilla ice cream, soft

Preparation

Cut 6 cookies into large pieces. and reserve them.
Put 10 cookies in a food processor until it is finely ground. Add the crumbs and butter in a bowl and stir until smooth. Transfer the mixture into the mold. Press very well down. Top add 8 cookies in a circle.
Add the soft ice cream with a spatula and cover the entire surface. Continue adding ice cream to fill the entire mold. Add up to 6 cookies that you cut at the beginning. Cover with plastic and put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
To demold, use warm water and a sponge to pass it around the mold.

TIPS

Leave the ice cream at room temperature for 30 minutes before using it. You can use your creativity and make several layers of ice cream.
