With this recipe, you can easily prepare a delicious Oreo Pie with a base made of cookies and a rich cream cheese filling, perfect for special occasions.
Set aside 15 Oreo cookies from the filling, crush the cookies, and mix in the butter to create a type of paste that will go on the surface of the mold.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk.
In a separate container, whip the cream until fluffy.
Then incorporate the mixture obtained from the cream cheese with the whipped cream using folding movements.
In a cup, put the gelatin and water. Microwave for 35 seconds.
Remove it and temper it with the mixture obtained earlier (to temper it, mix a small amount of the cheese mixture with the gelatin).
Then pour all the tempered gelatin with the rest of the mixture and finish beating with a spatula in a folding motion, incorporating small pieces of Oreo cookie.
We place our final mixture in the mold and let it refrigerate for 4 hours.
When set, decorate to taste with whipped cream and the remaining cookies and liquid chocolate.
