Panna Cotta

Italian gelatine dessert with a soft taste on the palate. This gelatine has a mild vanilla flavor that makes a very rich dessert. It is usually served with a coulis of red fruits, but you can make it from the fruit that you like the most. Prepare it and surprise everyone.

  • 1 liter whipping cream
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cups sugar

  • Boil the cream with the sugar for 10 minutes until it boils and remove from heat.
  • To hydrate the grenetina with the cold water and to add to the cream stirring with a balloon until dissolving perfectly.
  • Empty in a jelly mold, put the refrigerator to set.
  • If you want to make a fruit syrup and bathe the panna cotta at the time of serving
