Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 liter whipping cream
  • 2 envelopes gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 3 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • 1/4 cups sugar

Preparation

Boil the cream with the sugar for 10 minutes until it boils and remove from heat.
To hydrate the grenetina with the cold water and to add to the cream stirring with a balloon until dissolving perfectly.
Empty in a jelly mold, put the refrigerator to set.
If you want to make a fruit syrup and bathe the panna cotta at the time of serving
