Pastiflan

With this Pastiflan recipe, you can prepare the delicious dessert known as Chocoflan or Impossible Cake, which consists of a cake that is half chocolate sponge and half Flan.

  • 1 package chocolate cake mix
  • 1/3 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can milkmaid
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 kilos cajeta Burnt

  • Preheat the oven to 175º for 15 minutes.
  • Grease the mold with enough cajeta. Preferably a large square mold.
  • Prepare the cake mix with the oil, milk, and the 3 eggs, beat on low speed until well combined, and continue for 2 more minutes. Pour the mixture into the mold.
  • Make the Flan with the 8 eggs, the lechera, and the carnation on low speed, just to combine, do not let it get too foamy.
  • Pour the Flan mixture using a spoon (to prevent the bread from having too many holes) and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Finally, let it cool and you can unmold it onto a tray or serve directly from the mold.
