Preparation
Preheat oven to 175º for 15 minutes.
"Grease" the mold with enough cajeta. Preferably a large square mold.
Prepare the mixture of the cake with the oil, milk and the 3 eggs, beat at low speed until they are well incorporated and continue for 2 more minutes. Empty the mixture over the mold.
Make the Flan with the 8 eggs, the milkmaid and the carnation at low speed, just to be integrated, do not let it make a lot of foam.
Empty the Mezca del Flan with the help of a spoon (so that there is no bread with many wells) and let it rest for 10 minutes.
To finish let cool and you can unmold it on a tray or take it directly from the mold.
