Peach and Cream Cheese Pie

A delicious cream cheese pie decorated with peaches in syrup.

  • 2 packages María cookies
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 pies
  • 1 package cream cheese, (190 g)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cups water, fry
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 can canned peaches

  • Crush the cookies until you obtain a fine powder. Then, mix with the margarine sticks until you have a homogeneous dough.
  • Place the dough in the molds and set aside.
  • Blend the cream cheese, condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla. Pour the mixture evenly into the molds.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the pies in the oven.
  • Leave them for approximately 45 minutes or until the mixture stops moving. Remove and let cool.
  • Separately, take the peach syrup and heat it up.
  • Mix the cornstarch in the cold water and pour it into the syrup. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  • Decorate the pies with the peaches and drizzle them with the previous mixture.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!
