Peach Gelatin

An ideal peach dessert, light, simple, good, and delicious to share with family.

  • 1 can canned peaches
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder

  • Drain the peaches and chop them into pieces. Reserve one cup of the syrup.
  • Mix 1/2 cup of the syrup with 1/2 cup of water, add the gelatin, stir, and heat it in a water bath until it boils.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the milks, add the syrup and the remaining water, and stir until integrated.
  • Add the peach pieces and the syrup preparation with gelatin.
  • Pour into a greased mold and refrigerate until set. Unmold.
