  • 1 liter Alpura® Frutal peach
  • 450 grams whole cream, Alpura
  • 30 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 20 grams sugar

  • Hydrate the gelatin with water until it reaches a liquid consistency, microwave for one minute, and let it cool.
  • Mix the liter of Peach fruit drink with the whole Alpura cream and the sugar.
  • Then gradually incorporate the gelatin while continuing to mix until it is uniform.
  • Place in an individual or baking dish and refrigerate until set.
