1 liter Alpura® Frutal peach
450 grams whole cream, Alpura
30 grams unflavored gelatin powder
20 grams sugar

To hydrate the grenetina with water until it is with a liquid consistency, to put in the microwave for a minute, to let it cool down.
Mix the liter of Peach fruit with the whole alpura cream and sugar.
Then add the grenetine little by little and continue mixing until uniform.
Place in a single or refractory container and refrigerate until set.
