1 liter Alpura® Frutal peach
450 grams whole cream, Alpura
30 grams unflavored gelatin powder
20 grams sugar

Hydrate the gelatin with water until it reaches a liquid consistency, microwave for one minute, and let it cool.
Mix the liter of Peach fruit drink with the whole Alpura cream and the sugar.
Then gradually incorporate the gelatin while continuing to mix until it is uniform.
Place in an individual or baking dish and refrigerate until set.
