Peach Mousse

  • 1 liter Alpura® Frutal peach
  • 450 grams whole cream, Alpura
  • 30 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 20 grams sugar

  • To hydrate the grenetina with water until it is with a liquid consistency, to put in the microwave for a minute, to let it cool down.
  • Mix the liter of Peach fruit with the whole alpura cream and sugar.
  • Then add the grenetine little by little and continue mixing until uniform.
  • Place in a single or refractory container and refrigerate until set.
