1 cup whipping cream, for the chocolate gelatin (250 ml)
1 envelope D'Gari® gelatin chocolate flavor, for the chocolate gelatin (120 g)
1 cup bittersweet chocolate, for the chocolate gelatin
toasted peanuts, for decoration

For the filling, mix the peanut butter with the cream cheese and powdered sugar until you have a smooth consistency. Use your hands to form small balls and refrigerate.
For the chocolate gelatin, heat the heavy cream and dissolve D'Gari® Chocolate flavor Gelatin; using a whisk, beat vigorously to break up any lumps, add the chocolate and mix until combined.
Pour the gelatin into small molds until they reach ¾ of their capacity and add the peanut balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
Unmold and decorate with toasted peanuts. Serve and enjoy.
