For the filling, mix the peanut butter with the cream cheese and powdered sugar until you have a smooth consistency. Use your hands to form small balls and refrigerate. For the chocolate gelatin, heat the heavy cream and dissolve D'Gari® Chocolate flavor Gelatin; using a whisk, beat vigorously to break up any lumps, add the chocolate and mix until combined.
