Make these delicious granola balls with peanut butter. They have a delightful peanut butter flavor with chocolate chips and a crunchy texture from the granola. They are very easy to make and kids love them. You can't miss out on this.
1 cup Kellogg’S® coconut, raisins and honey granola
2/3 cups shredded coconut
1/2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cups semi-dark chocolate chips
1/3 cups honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Lightly toast the shredded coconut in a pan over medium heat. Stir it constantly to prevent burning. Once it is lightly browned, remove it from the heat.
Combine the coconut with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl until you have a manageable dough.
Form small balls with your hands or you can use an ice cream scoop to make them all the same size. Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate for 15 minutes so they become firmer.
Before serving, let them sit for about 5 minutes at room temperature.
