2 cups toasted peanuts
1/3 cups water
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg white
1/4 cups icing sugar

Place the peanuts in a processor and blend to obtain a fine powder.
Heat the water over medium heat, add the sugar, and cook on low heat until a syrup forms.
Add the cream of tartar, peanut powder, vanilla essence, mix, and incorporate the egg white. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Place the mixture in a bowl and add the powdered sugar. Mix until you obtain a dough.
On a board with wax paper, place the mixture and flatten it using a rolling pin.
With a small ring, cut out circles and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Remove the excess marzipan.
Serve and enjoy.
