2 cups toasted peanuts
1/3 cups water
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg white
1/4 cups icing sugar
Preparation

Place the peanuts in a food processor and mix to get a fine powder.
Heat the water over medium heat, add the sugar and cook over low heat until a syrup forms.
Add the cream of tartar, the peanut powder, the vanilla essence, mix and add the egg white. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Place the mixture in a bowl and add the icing sugar. Mix until you get a dough.
On a board with waxed paper, place the mixture and flatten with the help of a roller.
With a small ring, cut circles and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Remove the excess marzipan.
Serve and enjoy.
