Pear Omelet

  • 3 pears, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • In a skillet, fry the margarine with the pears, sugar, ginger, and cinnamon for five minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, combine the egg whites with the flour and vanilla extract, and mix thoroughly.
  • In a baking dish, arrange the pears and pour the egg white mixture on top; bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes or until firm. Serve it.
