This delicious dessert is very easy to make and a great way to create a tart. It can also be made with other fruits.

1 leaf puff pastry
1/2 cups unsalted butter
1/4 brown sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
6 pears, peeled, sliced
vanilla ice cream, for serving

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Combine the sugar with the cinnamon in a bowl.
With a rolling pin, roll out your puff pastry sheet and spread with unsalted butter and half of the sugar with cinnamon.
Cut into 6 rectangular pieces.
Place 1 sliced pear on each rectangle. Top with the remaining sugar and cinnamon.
Bake your tart for 20-25 minutes or until the puff pastry is lightly golden.
