Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 leave puff pastry
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter
  • 1/4 brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 6 pears, peeled cut into slices
  • vanilla ice cream, To accompany

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
With a rolling pin, spread your puff pastry sheet and cover with unsalted butter and half of the sugar with cinnamon.
Cut into 6 rectangular pieces.
Place 1 pear in slices on each rectangle. Top with remaining sugar and cinnamon.
Bake your cake for 20-25 minutes or until the puff pastry is lightly browned.

PRESENTATION

Serve the pies accompanied by vanilla ice cream.
