Philadelphia® Mousse with Red Fruits

Prepare this delicious Mousse made with Kraft® Philadelphia® Light Cream Cheese and red fruits; it looks spectacular and is very easy to make. Give it a try!

  • 570 grams cream cheese, philadelphia
  • 18 envelopes artificial sweetener
  • 25 grams unflavored gelatin powder, rehydrated in 3/4 cup of cold water
  • 3 cups low fat plain yogurt without sugar
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 4 slices vanilla pound cake
  • 1 cup strawberries, washed, disinfected, and cut into quarters
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

  • Mix the red fruits and set aside half a cup for decoration.
  • Cover the bottom of a 24 cm mold with wax paper and place the cake at the base.
  • Whip the Kraft® Philadelphia® Light Cream Cheese, yogurt, and vanilla. Add the sugar substitute and incorporate. Scrape the sides of the mixer to avoid lumps.
  • Dissolve the gelatin in a double boiler or microwave and add it while hot.
  • Add one and a half cups of the red fruits and gently fold in with a spatula.
  • Pour into the mold over the cake and refrigerate until set, approximately 3 hours. Unmold and decorate with fresh fruits.
