Preparation
Mix the red fruits and reserve half a cup to decorate.
Cover the bottom of a 24 cm mold with waxed paper and the pancake on the base.
Beat Kraft® Philadelphia® Light Cream Cheese, yogurt and vanilla. Add the sugar substitute to incorporate. Scrape the edges of the blender to avoid lumps.
Dilute the grenetine in a bain-marie or microwave and add hot.
Add one and a half cups of the red fruits and mix in an enveloping way with the help of a spatula.
Pour into the mold on the pancake and refrigerate until set about 3 hours. Unmold and decorate with fresh fruits.
