Prepare this delicious Mousse that is made with Kraft® Philadelphia® Light Cream Cheese and red fruits, it is spectacular and is very easy to prepare. Test it!

Ingredients

14 servings
  • 570 grams of cream cheese philadelphia
  • 18 envelopes of Sugar substitute
  • 25 grams of gelatin hydrated in 3/4 cup of cold water
  • 3 cups of low fat sugarfree natural yoghurt
  • 3 teaspoons of liquid vanilla
  • 4 slices of vanilla flavor pancake
  • 1 cup of strawberry washed, disinfected and cut in fourth
  • 1 cup of blackberry
  • 1 cup of raspberry

Preparation

Mix the red fruits and reserve half a cup to decorate.
Cover the bottom of a 24 cm mold with waxed paper and the pancake on the base.
Beat Kraft® Philadelphia® Light Cream Cheese, yogurt and vanilla. Add the sugar substitute to incorporate. Scrape the edges of the blender to avoid lumps.
Dilute the grenetine in a bain-marie or microwave and add hot.
Add one and a half cups of the red fruits and mix in an enveloping way with the help of a spatula.
Pour into the mold on the pancake and refrigerate until set about 3 hours. Unmold and decorate with fresh fruits.
