For the base, in a bowl beat for 5 minutes the pieces of Huevo San Juan® with the butter, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
For the blueberry and lemon clafouti, add cardamom, lemon zest until combined. Mix two tablespoons of flour with the blueberries and pour over the base. Pour into tart pans and bake for 15 minutes and let cool.
For the cherry clafouti, place the cherries in a pre-floured and greased tart pan and pour the base mixture over them. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.
For the grape clafouti, pour the base into tart pans and add the grapes and walnuts. Bake for 12 minutes and decorate with melted chocolate.
For the peach clafouti, add sour cream to the base, mix until combined. Pour over pre-floured tart pans and place the peaches with the sliced almonds, add the base and bake for 20 minutes.
