  • We crush the cookies and mix them with the butter. We line a 22cm diameter springform pan with this mixture.
  • We peel the apples and slice them using a mandoline. We cook them for 15 minutes in orange juice.
  • We beat the cheese with the 2 eggs and the 3 tablespoons of sugar. We pour this mixture over our cookie base.
  • Next, we layer the sliced apples that we cooked in orange juice on top of the cheese layer.
  • We mix the 120g of sugar with the flour and the butter. We will obtain a crumbly mixture (mix ingredients, do not knead). We place these crumbs over the apples as a topping.
  • We take the cake to the preheated oven at 180º for 25-30 minutes.
  • We take the cake out and sprinkle it with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
