You see that sometimes women go out to work and don’t have time to make a delicious dessert. With this recipe, it’s easy, simple, and looks good; besides, your guests will love it and so will the kids.
We prepare the apple compote as I explained in its recipe a while ago. We set it aside while we prepare the tartlets.
We preheat the oven to 180ºC, heat from above and below without fan. We grease six individual molds and fill them with the dough.
We trim the excess edges and prick the base with a fork so that the dough doesn’t rise.
We bake for 10 minutes. We take them out of the oven and fill them with the apple compote that we distribute among the six molds. On top, we add small pieces of butter and a little thick cream.
We sprinkle with brown sugar to taste and bake until the edges of the tartlets are slightly golden, about 15 minutes, depending on the oven.
We remove from the oven, unmold, and serve warm preferably, with ice cream or hot chocolate sauce.
