Presentation

These apple compote tartlets can be enjoyed warm or cold, as we prefer. Accompanied by vanilla ice cream if we make them in summer, or with hot chocolate sauce if we prepare the recipe in cold weather, we complete this dish.

Tips

We can swap the fruit for whichever we like best, although it’s interesting to prepare it in compote beforehand to reduce the baking time. If we try with juicier fruits, we will drain some of the syrup so that the dough doesn’t become soggy. B
